Uttarakhand
Auli is a Himalayan ski resort and hill station in Uttarakhand, known for its pristine, oak-lined slopes and stunning panoramic views of some of India's highest peaks, including Nanda Devi. During the winter months, it transforms into a premier skiing destination with well-maintained slopes suitable for both beginners and professionals. It features a long cable car, one of the longest in Asia, connecting it to the town of Joshimath. In summer, the meadows (bugyals) come alive with vibrant wildflowers, making it a spectacular trekking destination.
